Omaha police feed

Okay folks, what's it going to take to get an Omaha feed up? I'd do it, but I don't live in the area any more.

How long has the current one been down?

It's not completely down that often-maybe 20 hours a week, but it's pretty much useless(as the provider has stated). He's in an area with very poor reception.

As active as this feed is(for all the wrong reasons), I'd gladly become a premium subscriber if someone with reception wants to put something up. At night, there are quite a few other listeners-so I doubt I'm alone.
