--TODAY!!! SCANNER MEETING- MONDAY, OCTOBER 24TH---
This is to let everybody know that the quarterly Scanner Club meeting is
scheduled for Monday-- OCTOBER 24TH @ Chalco Hills Recreation Area (in the
Natural Resource Center).
The meeting will start at 6:45PM & end around 9:00PM, and anybody can attend.
Everyone is encouraged to bring along their scanners, lap top computers, &
frequency charts & talk group information.
Here are some of the things being considered for this month's meeting
1. Discussion of radio system in Douglas County (RE-BANDING)
2. Exchange of general ideas and information (talk groups)
3. Scanner resources available on the internet.
4. Open questions and answers
After the meeting, I think it would be fun
to visit more about scanning, and have a cold drink up at Brewsky's....
located @ 154th and Just North of "Q" ST. I hope to see some new faces at
the meeting, as well as some of the regulars....
