ON MY ARC Programming!!!! There are 3 Band plans.. What does Band plan mean, they hay the default 996xt and default 346xt and 3 euro plans. I looked on Marks page and there isn't much inless I missed something!!!

Bandplan is the default mode and step per band. Band range can be found in the scanner manual.
Because the BCT15X is also sold in Europe with ARC XT we included Euro bandplans for the different countries in Europe.
