Can someone verify that Oneida Co police and fire is still VHF?

Appears so and that Wiscom is for large scale interop?

Visiting the area soon and want to tune them in.

We’re in the Oneida/Vilas County area at times throughout the year. Both are on VHF. I typically hear county LE activity on their P25 channels, and both use a lot of encryption. Fire and EMS are analog. Not a ton of activity, but that quiet is one of the reasons I love it up there.
