Oneida, Herkimer, Madison Co. Feed Problems

Recently like for the past week or so the feed mentioned for the NY State Counties of Herkimer, Oneida, and Madison has been very unreliable. At times it has been totally down, other times it is cutting-off transmissions, and at times it works perfectly. I also have noticed that recently Lewis County is also in the County mix which is good as far as I am concerned if all is working well. Recently moving I now can not receive Herkimer County off air where as before my move I lived 1000 ft. higher and could get all the Counties as I lived almost on the County line.
