The incident is over. Local media on scene reported hearing what sounded like a flash-bang, followed by some gunfire. A few minutes after that, Texas governor Greg Abbott tweeted that all hostages were freed & safe.

Later reports indicated that the suspect was dead, and that it was an FBI team that freed the hostages & neutralized the perpetrator.

Glad its over. I thought they would have spiked the pizza and water with heavy tranquilizers or gassed the place with CO or something odorless. I think some other country tried that once, killed a bunch of hostages or something like that
