Online, but unable to connect

Ive recently been having an issue with one or more of my feeds. They show online and connected, but when you try to play them, the player stays at 0:00 and wont play. It does this for hours sometimes. I know its not just an issue on the computer Im trying to play it on, because the feed will go from 10+ listeners to 0 when the issue happens. The feed being affected right now is the Flagstaff FD feed at Flagstaff Fire and EMS Live Scanner Audio Feed I am running another feed on the same computer as that one and the other feed is working fine. Any ideas?

I am unable to reboot my computer from work. I am running oddcast. Like I said, what is strange is that the other feed on the same computer is running fine. Why would it show ONLINE and connected?

I listened to your feeds you are correct on how it is acting. Some are up and others are "online" but nothing there. Kendrick is pretty darn good with this hopefully he will chime in and give ya some idea's or help.
