Why would you want to listen to a scrambled feed? The feeder can't UNscramble it, you know. And if they did, they'd be getting a very quick visit from the FBI for violating ECPA. That sort of thing DOES draw attention.

If you think the appropriate agencies don't have people monitoring this board, think again.

Why would anyone have any live feeds of it, scrambled is scrambled lol. No scanner, phone, nuthin can decode it and if it could, you would be going to jail.

There are VERY few agencies still using the old inversion scrambling, which is the only method of encryption possible to unscramble.

Law enforcement scrambling now is digital, and not possible (short of NSA grade equipment and personel) to decode. Yes, there is in theory a possibility that you might, in time (weeks or months) decode DVP... but not from a streamed audio feed. You have to have the original transmission recorded at high quality to hope to do that.

The only place I've heard inversion scrambling on in 10 years now is GMRS bubblepack radios.

I wonder if Indio CA PD still uses their voice inversion?

Why would anyone bother streaming something that nobody could listen to? Kind of defeats the purpose of online streaming.
