Who deleted it? - Despite the fact that other threads cover the SUBJECT, there is an emerging emergency situation pending IN Louisiana, and (IMHO) any emergency information is proper in that state's forum for the duration of said emergency.
I can understand the policy of deleting duplicate threads in routine operations, but not in THIS case, FWIW.. :-(
