Onondaga County P25 Project

Just wondering if anyone has an update on Onondaga County's new P25 system? I have the frequencies loaded in my scanner and I am not hearing a thing, not even a control frequency.

The OCICS website hasn't been updated lately either. The last meeting minutes are from September 2009.
Does anyone have any news?
