Does anyone have the frequency for Ontario Bus? They're school transportation company in Buffalo and Rochester areas.

I have suspected they are one of the many unidentified transportation TGs on Rochester Radio Pinnacle Hill LTR but I have never been able to ID them. I think Ontario Bus just operates in Rochester but they are owned by WNY Bus in Buffalo.
There are so many small taxi, van and bus services on Rochester Radio LTR it is mostly impossible to specifically identify them. Most van services are medical and/or special needs student transportation that do not fit for Ontario Bus. Among the possibilities for Ontario Bus that are student transportation are 1-01-021 & 1-06-016. I-01-021 uses Run#s vs vehicle numbers and is student transportation but nothing heard to confirm it is or is not Ontario. 1-06-016 is school bus and vans and could be Ontario but they do not seem to use the radio very much for a large system although what is heard with vehicle numbers and locations seem to fit Ontario's operations.
Been talking one of their dispatchers,they have no idea what they use. Lol

1-06-016 school bus activity in the early morning and afternoon seemed to fit Ontario but, during mid-day, they seem to be picking up disabled adults. AFAIK Ontario is strictly yellow school buses.
1-01-021 had a bus get stuck and dispatcher said they were going to call Kearharts Towing so I was going to check Kearharts TG on RadioMax to see if they were dispatched. But, the bus got unstuck and said they didn't need a tow. 1-01-021 could be Ontario if they use "run" numbers instead of bus numbers. Does your Ontario dispatcher know who they call for radio repairs or if the radios are Kenwood, Hytera or Motorola?
There are a lot of small snow plowing operators on Rochester Radio but I don't seen any point in submitting since no way to ID and use may be seasonal. Also a lot of small businesses with only one or 2 units.

My dispatcher friend has no clue what screwdriver is let alone what radio is! Lol Ontario does have few handicap runs.

1-01-021 is all one or 2 digit Run numbers 4, 10 etc... No bus numbers or employee names. They do mention RCSD schools and also locations in Henrietta and Rochester.
1-06-016 seems to 1xx Bus and 6xx handicap adults.
So today I noticed the antenna on buses,they are vhf 1/4 wave.
Since they a contractor for RCSD they may operate on one of the RCSD Transportation VHF frequencies, 155.655 or 155.775 and also on VHF frequencies for other school districts they serve.
So found more info about Ontario,all their buses are used,so they can have various antennas on them. They aren't on RCSD channels.
What I'm thinking ,is like Gates-Chili,they might be on mobile device like ipads. I've beginning noticed a lot of these things in transportation.
