I'm assuming by this link that we're now allowed to add misc. Business/Taxi's/Hotels/etc to the database for our regions?

Whatever happened to the OPP ID's? I thought there was a link for one particular region? As well, I thought that these would've been added to the database by now. I do however realize that the database can get stockpiled at times.
Just thought I'd rattle off these questions.
