Ontario Canada- York Police and Fire feed

hi everyone I've noticed that the York police and fire feed seems to be funny with the channel layout why are all the Police dispatch channels there but the fire channels are all over the place very weird?

Some of the Fire TAC channels are there but not the main ones. Why would there be all PD dispatch channels but not fire??

I have updated the listing of what is being scanned. All of the main fire TAC channels should be there.

I am working on a fix on this radio. Currently it is running off a handheld permanently docked in a cradle charger. The battery must be shot as there is a 'low battery' chirp every minute or so. I will be upgrading some of the wiring Friday to hopefully eliminate this chirp.
