Does anybody know who's crossbanding 46.42 to the EMO channel (453.3125)? I've noticed it appearing and disappearing for the past few weeks.
I was hoping it was the County's big move to UHF dispatch, but after listening for a while, I'm pretty sure it's not. The audio is low and muffled as if it's being done with mobile radios back-to-back and the dispatcher's audio is being repeated, not taken from the console.
It seems to be strongest around the Hopewell complex, and it would be easy to assume that it was coming from there (the EMO repeater and EOC are at the Safety Training Facility), but I'm not so sure. Does anybody know who's doing it?
