Ontario MNRF District/Zones

Is there any particular numbering system for MNR Zones?

I have no problems hearing MNR all the time on their channels. Just curious if there is any numbering in place for radio IDs etc. or zones similar to how the OPP is?

I've aligned my radio IDs under each District but it doesn't look like anything stands out.


Zones I can hear regularly:
Algonquin Park
Bancroft
Kemptville
Parry Sound
Pembroke
Peterborough

Similar to how the OPP have each detachment zones.

I know they all go by Rxxx (Romeoxxx) I'm wondering if there's anything different between say, a R586 and R690 etc..

The "Romeo" number refers to the specific officer. So, R388 refers to C.O. Smith and would always be C.O. Smith. Much the same as MTO Enforcement call-signs of Txxxx.
