ontario provincal police on a GRE PSR-300 Triple Trunking Handheld Scanner?

i was wondering if it was possable to pick up the opp with this scanner? when i tune to the control channel with my radio shack pro 2045 i hear what sounds like data...any ideas?

No. The OPP talkgroups use P25 voice, which a PSR-300 cannot decode. It can track the system and you can listen to analog talkgroups (MOH, etc.), but you'll just hear noise on OPP talkgroups.
