op25 Pll hardware minimum

What is the bare minimum hardware that can be used to run op25 Phase 2?
I see rp3 will, but would the rp1+b run it? Any AMD minimum?
I have a few old pc's that I can use, just wondering about the question above!

There's not definite spec, so I'd say try it and see what works. You'll know if not because the audio will stutter horribly.
