On the police talk group can anyone hear the SWAT & Vice Ops Channels if they are encrypted/

Yes, the people who are supposed to hear it within the Vice and SWAT Units. If you are not one of those, then you are out of luck..... and in the US it is actually not legal to decrypt it unless you are authorized to do so......

adamnfd202, unless they have changed the Opelika PD SWAT and Vice talkgroups were not encrypted just digital. PM me or e-mail me and I will give you the talkgroups I have. E-mail address(es) is:

Most of the info in the database comes from members who submit the info for their areas.

Most of the talkgroup information was confirmed by a fellow who lived in Opelika but has moved now.
I do believe that the FD has changed to a digital talkgroup for Dispatch (27248), just have hard confirmed that change yet.
