While doing some looking around at the FCC website, I noticed the Opelika has some new 800MHz frequencies. According to the FCC site Opelika has their new license showing the "rebanded" frequencies (same callsign; WPHR813). Also while running the Trunk88 decoding program on Opelika that the new frequencies were showing up.
I will be in Opelika the 1st week of June and I will try to have "the" radios setup for "old fashion" trunk scanning and "rebanded" trunk scanning and will post my results.
