Nice job Bravo14 (for finding it) and u2brent (for likely finding the correct entity). Makes sense. Three sites, NXDN48 emissions on the license.

Thanks. I've been trying out systems local and open bands. When I had the x36 I've made some systems for open bands to get info like Color Codes to tone squelch and LCNs.

Some of those systems that get found might not be that interesting if you listen to them, but I find the hunt to be fun all by itself !

According to the license its in Walton County 453.2375

https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?fccCallsign=WQXB671

Yep, I think you are right. Looks like a one-freq site. So I would not expect to see a whole lot of traffic or other frequencies tied to that specific site. Although there are other licensed frequencies (not licensed as trunked) that potentially could be used as additional frequencies if they got hte urge to do so ( https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?fccCallsign=WPWX918 ).

I found some more notes on WQGN317. I never could get any clear audio on this system but Millam, who lives down there, did and he said it sound like Ashford Ala. PD to him.

Certainly could be. That is within the range (in between) two known sites. And given that supposedly Headland has some public safety / public works talkgroups on there as well, it wouldn't surprise me if some other podunk public safety might use it. I wouldn't consider it exclusively Ashford Al PD's system, but rather that they are just one of multiple users of the system.

The actual talkgroup heard would have to be known in order for it to get entered into the database though.

If there is anyone within earshot of Webb / Donalsonville sites who can run DSDPlus on the the system, the system probably advertises some neighbor information. It'd be interesting to know how many neighbors each site lists, and what the LCNs are that might be listed with each neighbor site.

What freq / network do you want to get info on? I have not listened to uhf in a while. I listened for Houston County's
freqs a week or so ago to see if any were being used, did not hear anything. Again what freq do you want info on?

Mil

PS, JoeJo glad that you were ok during the storms. I followed your messages. I was close to the rash of storms
in Coffee county back in the 60's and the one in Enterprise 10 years ago.

JoeJo, wife is worse, there is no cure for dementia and that whats sad for her. Have to be close
24/7. My joints are worse too, thinking about hiring someone to replace my antenna rotor so I
can pinpoint transmitters better. I will record WQNG317 for a while and get back with what I
find. Listen to 454.0375 L30-3 21 with 1 channel 454.3875 22 and see if its Abbeville, thats what I
can determine. It is listed in a block of freqs assigned by the FCC. Seems that all 3 L-30 systems has
no neighbors but I will verify.
