Open Carrier NYC area 462.9750 pl 146.2

I have been picking up an Open Carrier for the past 4 months. I have been hearing it using 4 different radios. I guess it is not affecting anyone on the Island or jersey but coming in strong in Manhattan.I am surprized the transmitter has not fried as of yet.

Here in Jersey it's Atlantic Healthcare's AirOne Medevac dispatch frequency. I have heard it hang a few times in the last month, all for extended periods, and that PL shows up when I put it on CTCSS search.

usually that a ems freq i did not see the 146 pl in the data base.
