Open carrier on Med 10?

Is anyone else receiving a constant open carrier on Med 10 (462.975 MHz)? I'm seeing a PL of 146.2 Hz on the scanner so maybe a radio from Hudson County?

I've noticed it most of this week with a mobile scanner in the Union/Essex county area -- places that I am frequently so I doubt its anything new at one particular place. I can also receive it once in a while on a portable scanner using weaker "rubber ducky" antenna so I also doubt it is something in my car or a birdie on the mobile scanner itself.

Jersey City Medical Center HUDCEN Med-10 would have the open carrier.

it does not bother me so i don't really care. did anyone just consider giving them a friendly call and saying "open mic. on med 10". ?.

I could guess HudCen based on the PL but wasn't sure since my geographic coverage is much more limited than the collective membership here. I will have to see if its still an open carrier in the morning when I'm back in the car. Not hearing it on the portable scanner but that was always hit or miss due to the lesser antenna.
