Operations on Intercity car-to-car (San Antonio Area)

Here in San Antonio, over the past 3 or 4 days, I have been hearing some sort of console patch or link broadcasting on the Intercity car-to-car or mobile to base frequency (154.950) there are some MDC id's and console kerchunks that are audible within the traffic.

The audio is very low, so I am assuming its narrow band, or just a poorly equalized patch.
AND ITS DRIVING ME NUTS!!! Daytime or nighttime, it doesnt matter, I am picking it up all over town. Any clue as to who's doing this?????

I have not listened while mobile but from my location downtown I have been hearing short transmissions, some with very low audio, some with no audio and some with ANI sounds.

Listening In San Antonio

This is the only thread I could find in or on San Antonio listening. I have a Pro-92 and have programmed just about everything I can get in it just to see what comes up. I am really suprised at what does work compared to the database. I jst started really listening today cause I thought I was pritty well restricted from everything.

Off the Topperwien tower I am getting a TG 0001 and 0004. The 0001 looks like BC Fire Alarmand you can hear both sides of the conversation not just dispatch. 0004 is like a PD channel for what city I have no idea yet. Could not find it in the database or anywhere else, but I have been known to over look things.

I was wandering if only the E-Tones comes in analog or does it not catch the rest? TG 256. I thought I got North patrol a couple of times but not sure.

I am having to look at scanner to see who is talking and instead of wasting time hand programming everything, I just put the TG in. Sometimes dont turn my head quick enough to see TG to see who is transmitting. I didnt put all the TG's in just the non-E's. I understand what D (Digital/Provoice), A (Analog), E (Encrypted). What the heck is M? Well whatever it is I can hear it just fine. Yes I know I could connect the scanner to the computer to log all these things but havent done it.

I just got on BCSO Fleet 1 "NTOE and OPS not patched" what is this? Or maybe its intel.
The BCSO opens work great. Can hear all and it follows it where ever it goes it seems like.
BCFM Admn seems to be analog. SAFD 1A seems to be analog sometimes. I got SA EMS Disp a few times also.
Well would like to know if there is a forum I am missing or and update or something. Hope I get some responses. Looking forward to someone else hearing the same.

I had determined that what I was hearing was the Kelly USA refugee center security operations. Some genius had patched a talk group to a frequency that is only supposed to have mobile and portable radios on it.

Shortly after identifying the traffic last week, it was gone and I have not heard any of it since.
