Does anyone happen to know under which radio reference system and category I can look for the OPP media channels on? I can find them here:

You'll want FleetNet. There are "media channels" listed under the convetional frequencies there you linked, but, there's a lot to hear on FleetNet. I've left those conventional frequencies on a few times but didn't hear much and stuck to the fleetnet system. Which region are you in?

You could manually add a system there are only 3

Channels used for one way broadcasts to News Agencies and Tow Trucks.
