OPP OPS39 and 43

Good day, I was just wondering if OPP Niagara and Burlington are usually this quiet? I use to listen quite a bit and I got out of it for awhile. I picked up a new scanner and I find now its very quiet. I don't have it on all the time but it seems like both channels are dead. Just wondering if they are normally quiet or basically only use the radio when something is going on?

If they are patched there should be some routine activity. Check to be sure your scanning the correct local site and that you have the TG programmed properly with the status bit off.
