OPP Specialized Units

How are these units designated?

From listening to this system for some time now, I haven't been able to come to a clear conclusion for these groups of Identifiers, mainly because I don't listen to the 'Digital" system.

Although, majority of 3A6x seems to be K9 and 3A04x seems to be mostly IDENT but I have heard TTCI use it as well.

Example:

HQ-Admin Units, Hwy Rgrs., K-9, Invest. , IDENT, Crime etc..

3A01x - Hwy Ranger ??
3A02x - Hwy Ranger ??
3A03x -
3A04x - IDENT/TTCI? Unit
3A05x -
3A06x - K9 Unit
3A07x -
3A08x -
3A09x -

3X027 - ????

Anyone able to fill in the blanks here.

I know there's many specialty units, but by the looks of it, they each have there own type of ID.
