Can some one tell me the TG that the OPP use for talking to the Niagara Regional Police?

The OPP just asked permission to go to the OPS channel they use to talk to NRP.

Did it not come up while scanning? Assuming you have your system in talkgroup search mode instead of scan mode.

It will likely show up in the 9500 to 9800 talkgroup range.
