OPP Toronto?

OK, so i have a question! if an OPP unit would make a traffic stop in downtown toronto what talkground would i listen to? ok thanks!

city of toronto is done by their own police.. OPP patrol the 400 series highways i believe. someone correct me if im wrong

Correct.. but sometimes they do make stops on city streets and do interop with TPS.. Usually on OPS42/45
