Is there some type of correctional facitlity in the Omaha area that uses OPPD's trunking system? Does animal control use it too? I heard two people talking about bringing pepper spray for a dog.

More likely... they were OPPD employees talking about disconnecting the power at a nonpaying person's house. They probably have a dog that's known to be mean, so the guys wanted to make sure they have pepper spray just in case it's loose.

On talkgroup 65200 I hear what I believe to be a dispatcher asking eack individual unit if they are 10-2. I also heard them talk about escorting visitors, closing/opening doors and closing/opening gates.
FYI I am decoding the control channel with Universal Trunker.

This could be a power plant like Ft Calhoun. They have pretty heavy security at that facility after 911. Also could be the headquarters.

I have listened to this system in the past, but never long enough to identify talkgroups. I posted some of the other talkgroups that I have heard. If anyone can identify the user of any of these groups, please make a submission.
