Anyone know the appopriate way to enter omaha public power 800mhz frequencies? I am utilizing ARC996 software by Butel. Should I use the omaha tower for them or simulcasting? I am not hearing anything from oppd....

Set it up like the Omaha/Douglas county system. The only thing different for OPPD is each site would have their own system due to the OPPD sites are not simulcast, each have their own set of frequencies. If you put in the Omaha and the Gretna site, you should hear it in most places.
