Around 5:45pm today I heard multiple references to going to "OPS 3", but have been unable to find it. I have two scanners and the SDR searching for traffic, and and there is nothing directly named that in the database. Arrrrrgh!

Those channels have mostly gone obsolete and migrated to NXDn 4800Here is a screenshot from that other post in 2015. This info never made it to the RRDB. Verify this info and submit it, so it'll be added to the DB.
I just keeps getting better, yesterday I heard fire going over to "TAC 11", couldn't find that one either.
Thanks, I programmed that in!
FYI - That used to be listed as the old YELLOW Kelso District 2 frequency (over 2 decades ago).

Think I mentioned way back when you'd be getting that lolThanks for that information. I guess I'll have to consider getting the upgrade for my SDS100. I did notice from the photo though that the frequency was not on the display in the photo. Do you happen to have the frequency?
