option problems

I have tried at least once a week since the new system was set up, and I still can't change time zones, or most of the options. Any suggestions? I use Compuserve dail up service on a 4 year old Compaq PC.

I doubt that dial-up or your brand of PC is an issue here.
What confuses me is that you are able to add an animated avatar , yet can't modify some simple control panel settings.
What time zone setting are you seeing ... GMT ?
Go through every thing again and reset the fields and save the changes

I have tried to reset the fields. It's now 1815 hrs in Denver, and the post time shows^^^^.
I can't even get the drop down menu to change time zones. I would also like to change the notification thing. I also prefer blue font, because it's easier for me to see. Also, I can't do smileys anymore. I think the avatar is in a different section, and that works fine. Thanks for the reply!
