I was hoping the feed owner might monitor this board and be able to reply with additional info. I hope it's back up soon!

Update

The Orange County Fire feed provider has entered the following Feed Status Message:

Status: We will be down for a while, computer problems.

Broadcasters don't necessarily monitor the forums, especially non-feed related threads.

Your best bet would be to click on "Contact Broadcaster" on the feed page and ask them directly.
