is there a away to work around the encryption with the radio shack pro-96?

If you bought it solely to listen to OC law, might as well. otherwise, theres plenty else to listen to in that area.

and that i did just to know what is going down in my neighbourhood.

it has been over 10 years since i have had a scanner.
