Orange county NC feed Problem

I am the admin for the orange co live feed and I am having some trouble with it. On some of the channels the sound comes in through the feed and then fades away until you can't hear anything anymore. This is not a radio issue Nor a cable issue because if you to listen to it through the computer it's fine.

Any thoughts????

I have heard this on a few feeds before. Most recently on the Chicago PD 19th district feed. Not sure of the cause though.
