On the countywide cell you have listed that Sheriff - Transit Ops Talkgroups 41280 is encrypted which I think is was locked down for a while. I am able to hear them in the clear on digital P25 transmission today.

Anybody know any further on this change?

I don't listen to them but they have always been digital clear when I did monitor. If they were encrypted, it must have been for a very short period or it was edited in the db by mistake.

Nope is wasnt entered into the database wrong. I had to delete this talkgroups because of the encryption, but its in the clear again but in digital P25
