Does anyone know what "NBH" means? It's listed in the dispatchers
notes, sometimes with additional comments and sometimes
alone....

From doing a general google search on NBH it could either mean Neighborhood, or simply the computer code "no break here". They also post these on twitter, might wanna drop them a line..er..tweet.

This is true. I tweeted the question to them earlier and they responded with a picture of a boat and said NBH meant "Newport Beach Harbor" (which *is* true in another context).
