Oregon Airshow 2011 Radio Frequencies?

Does anyone know what radio frequencies are going to be used at the Oregon Airshow tomorrow (through sunday)?

I would start with these and then go from there. Bring a laptop and a cable and then make adjustments as needed. Thats what I am planning to do. I have 2 scanners and will be scanning with my digital/analog while I listen to the show with my analog.

Thanks for the reply, I'm just a poor student pilot (at HAI) and I don't have any fancy radio equipment. I do have a Vertex had held radio that I would love to use to listen to the pilots. I will definitely check out those frequencies - I'm glad it all seems to be VHF, I was worried that the F/A-18Es might be using UHF.

There was an F/A-18E parked right next to my 152 this morning, it was so amazing! Those things are glamorous! Haha, I'm so psyched for the show.

Thanks for those! Unfortunately I don't have all those fancy scanners. I'm just a poor 16 year old student pilot (at HAI, actually). But I do have a vertex handheld radio, so I am going to try and listen in.

I'm super psyched for the show, I can't wait to listen in. This morning my 152 was parked next to a frikin' F/A-18E! And the pilot talked to me! (well, I thought he was someone else so I asked him a question, but he wasn't who I thought...)

Don't forget the Hillsboro UHF tower frequency, 239.3 MHz. I've heard several inbound military flights using it today.

The show was good today, my ears are still ringin! On a side-note, does anyone know who or what "DHS Police" is? I saw a lot of cops, and some of them were wearing that logo- my first thought was Homeland's force but I'm not convinced..

Also noticed the Airshow staff were using MOTOTRBO, and some other people had Motorola CP200's in UHF, and All the law enforcement of course had Moto MTS2000's. I noticed that Clackamas County provided traffic control for most everything.

AND I even saw some aircraft flying...Lol.

The air show was great. But the only frequency that they really used (that I found) was just the normal tower frequency (119.30), but it was fun to listen to especially on Friday night when there were a few fires that they didn't want the crowed to find out about . They also used 118.425 whenever a pilot would talk on the speaker system in front on the crowed. It was nice to have that because I couldn't hear the speakers very well; it was so tempting to talk back, knowing that the entire crowed would have been able to hear me though!

It took me a bit to find the 118 freq even with CC on. I ended up having to search through the AIR SVC pre-programmed group to get it.

But I agree, anytime they would play actual air traffic over the speakers at all, it was pretty hard to hear.

My guess is that's exactly what it was. There are so many federal law enforcement agencies in the "alphabet soup". Could have been anybody falling under Dept. of Homeland Security. Probably offered up some overtime for anyone willing to work security.
