Oregon City PD

I live in this town and have programmed my scanner with the OR CITY PD talkgroups as part of the Motorola Type 2 Clackamas/Washington County trunked system. However, I never hear Oregon City PD on my scanner. Are they operating at other freqs outside of the County trunked system?

Oregon City PD is dispatched on CLACK LAW 1 (64912) and are "Paul" units. The Oregon City PD talkgroup listed in the database have not seen any activity in the month and a half or so that I've been monitoring Washington County in anticipation of their changes.

Is Clack Law 1 contained in the trunked county system or conventional? Also could you explain what you mean by "Paul" units?

Clack law 1 is on trunking system, which is were most of there traffic is. There are 5 VHF freqs crossband to 800 system, but i think those will end? Paul units are Oregon City PD units, Paul is use to id units. On TRS system you may hear 2 Paul 6 which is OCPD. You hear other Ids such as David units which are Clackams County SO units.
