Found the Oregon Mobilization Radio Frequencies (PDF) on the OSFM website. https://www.oregon.gov/osp/SFM/docs/emergency_mobilization/commplan.pdf
It has a few frequencies that are not listed anywhere in the Oregon Database. Its from 2015 so I'm posting here to see if anyone knows if this is still current or not. I'll be adding these into the database if we think its still good.
