I noticed that earlier, I would have to say it is an error. And if not, your guess is as good as mine.🤷*♂️

I think its an error. Its also listed twice at the bottom of several of the county pages.

it's error, i noticed it sunday morning , but didn't think to ask.

Does anyone else find it odd that that system also appears on a couple Washington state county pages as well. No idea why it would be on a Washington state county page.

One would think that anything Oregon related would be in their state. I didn’t really think about that side of it.

Its been fixed. Users were not seeing it in certain areas due to only counties initially in the project listed, but was never converted statewide - which created the two (whereas others saw nothing)
