This is a Harris P25IP TRS, which uses a different system architecture than a Motorola built P25 TRS does. In this case site 2222: 22 is the RFSS, while 22 is the site number. The same would apply to each site throughout the system, which has different RFSS number. Another example would be 03-03, and so forth and so on. This is completely different than what you would see from JVC Kenwood, Motorola, and other vendors. A perfect example of this would be the state of Maine's new MSCommNet TRS.

Thanks for the explanation!

I don't run Unitrunker but here are some screen shots from pro96com. This was yesterday monitoring the Mt Scott site and it looks like it was in site trunking.

Can someone from that area that has a scanner that works on this system run unitrunker on the control channels below and post the site info that unitrunker reports.

I picked up 769.44375 as a control channel while driving through Benton County on 99W today. It was very strong south of Corvallis but once I got into Corvallis and north of town it dropped off completely.

I also got very weak hits on 770.41875 and 774.81875. I got all of these on my 536HP so without analyze released yet I couldn't grab site info.

I go into Klamath Falls for my job once in awhile (in the evening). I have the known freq programmed in and "ID search" is on. I have yet to hear a peep.......sigh. I use a 536 HP. I pick up activity in Placer County, Ca. APCO 25 phase II, so I'm pretty sure my programming is on target.

769.44375 is very strong in Eugene/Springfield too. Since it comes in great in southern Linn/Benton counties too it may be Buck Mtn.

I traveled to the south coast this weekend and this is what I got:

0202
769.43125
This site is most likely Mary's Peak. Great coverage on I-5 from north of Albany to just north of Eugene.

0606
770.20625
Eugene Area

1111
773.81875
Almost certainly Bear Mountain in Cottage Grove/Creswell. Coverage is almost exactly the same as the Bear Mtn (Creswell) UHF site on the SW7 County system.

2525
769.44375
769.18125
770.44375
774.80625
Could be Buck Mountain in Eugene/Springfield. Coverage starts just south of Albany and stops just south of Eugene.

Site 30
769.20625
Eugene Area

Anybody picked up any OSP traffic on the 7TAC or 8TAC interop frequencies? I'm not in one of the trunked system areas but since all the troopers have the Harris multi-band radios I was thinking it might be worth loading them into our newsroom scanner.

I've been noticing some Portland 700MHz talkgroups on the Chehalem Mtn site. Most notably the 500 series encrypted talkgroups.

I got these yesterday:
521 (encrypted)
569 (encrypted)
585 (encrypted)
917 Portland BTS Radio Shop Engineers (talking about radio Zones)

Are you sure you are on the right control channel? Doesn't sound right that Portland talk groups be on the state system, especially since state isn't even using the system except for testing.

I've only seen this reviewing recordings made on my WS1080. The way I have it setup in my scanner is that it scans the Portland 700 west site then the OSRP Chehalem Mtn site after that. Maybe there is some kind of recording bug because I checked my programming and the freqs in the radio are correct.

I drove to Grand Ronde yesterday and I can confirm that site 26-26 is High Heaven and site 05-05 is Doane Creek.

I also am picking up a very weak signal on 770.45625 as site 18-18.
