60,000 square feet?!!

Yeah, that's gonna be the biggest in Central Florida for sure. I think most in my area average around 3K to 4K in size. Glad they're getting it though; what with all the equipment and 70 men/women working there. And there're going to reuse some of the stuff to build that station.

I did my EMT clinicals at OFD 1,6, and 11, Station 1 is a cool old Station that still uses the Poles,
back then the comm center was upstairs as well and they Used Quick Call 1 (Station 1 had very similar tones to Station 51)

They keep E-1,E-101,T-1,Hazmat-1,USAR-1, Heavy Rescue 1, District 1, and the Dive Boat there as well

On another note, the new Station 7 is under construction next to the old house on Goldwyn Avenue. It's about half done now.
