Is Orleans S.O. using LWIN? I have not been able to receive them anywhere 800 nor 700. I have monitored all surrounding sites and can monitor everything else but the S.O.

If you mean the Criminal Sheriff (there is a Civil Sheriff, as well,) they do use this system. They are mostly affiliated with the Downtown site, due to their primary duty area.
