In a valley that only a few know where it is
Best I know they used to use 45.020 but there are 2 T/G's on MARCS (1920 and 1936 Aviation 1 and 2 respectively). I have also heard the Airplanes use district TAC T/G's for traffic enforcement.

Back in late December I heard an OSP Airplane working with units on I-76 for traffic "following too closely" near the scales west of Akron. If memory serves me correctly they were using District 3 TAC T/G's.

Hope this helps you out.

In West Central and Southwestern Ohio they use the four TAC channels.
90% of the time they use TAC 1.

For avaiation they yse 122.775.

By the way, the planes are based at Don Scott AP in Columbus.

The OSP/ODOT Hangar is right next to MedFlight of Ohio's MedComm/Hangar & right down the street from the Ohio EMA/EOC office.

OSP is running aircraft speed enforcement this morning as I write this.
On I-75 between Monroe (MP 29) and Tylersville Road (MP 22).

Operating on TAC 1 42.560 with a 156.7 PL.

OSP air trap

if memory serves and records are right, i logged 45.02 as an air trap for jefferson county area. i dont know if it is the same everywhere, but that's what they use here. Now osp has switched the radio many times. but low band seems to be popular for air trap traffic

That should be correct. That is OSP F3, they used that and F4 45.100
all the time around here before the they switched
over to their new TAC channels just a few years ago.

I even heard them using one of their MREs a few times 465.375 14 years ago or so.
