I don't know why you are referring me to the RR Oregon State Police database. Nowhere in it the does it show a frequency for Lincoln County OSP dispatches. Ergo: my original inquiry.

Newport area command is in Newport Oregon (Lincoln County). They are dispatched out of OSP Northern Command in Salem Oregon (Marion County). OSP frequencies are by area command, worksite and transmitter locations.

When conditions are just right-
I can hear 26-xx units on 154.935 156.7
from on top of the hill here in the Gorge.

Same freq, but not the same tone for OSP in the Portland area.

IMHO - A database manager or two sometime back severely mickey-moused up the OSP page.
I gave up submitting info for there.
