OSP P25 phase 1

Is OSP still operating in the Portland area on the conventional system or the new 700...I do see a talk group on the Portland system P25 phase 1.

They used to have VHF, Portland P25 and the state P25 patched together but I don't believe they are connected with Portland P25 anymore, I'm not hearing the traffic there. The Unit IDs are coming up on Oregon P25 and they're consistent with other OSP units.
