I've been hearing a few of them over here in central Oregon. Haven't figured it out yet. One used to go by 5118, then switched.

I believe that 92xx units may be HQ units that are in the field for one reason or another and 9Zxx are SWAT,

Had a local Albany trooper that lives in east Linn county that had a 9200 for awhile and is back to using the Albany 2300 number now, not sure if it was a HQ assignment or at the OPSA, thought I heard them go out at OPSA after their commute was done and some times they would work traffic along the way if something popped up in front of them.
