does anyone know the talk groups for oswego cty and cayuga cty new digital system?and when did they change to digital?

Doing a search in the NY discussion forums will bring you to many topics leading to the new digital system in the Central NY region.
Oswego has not moved onto the system yet. It is in testing phase with talkgroups 8001 & 8002

Cayuga cty talk groups
did cayuga cty go digital yet ? and if so what are the talk groups, i have the frequencies .but no talk groups.

Have you tried scanning the system? Talkgroup information does not just pop into our heads. Somebody has to monitor the systems and figure them out.
As far as I know Auburn PD and FD are the only agencies on the Cayuga County system at this time. There is only 2 sites on the air in the city. I believe they are just starting to look for county sites.
Oswego is not on the air, although there are some sites turned on in site trunking and you will hear one talkgroup active at times....
