I would try Harrowsmith ,Campbellford and Cobourg. The OPP(police) are digital. You will require an APCO scanner to monitor them.
In central and western Ontario we hear MTO (road crews) in analog
and the MOH (regional ambulances) also in analog.
Not all services have transferred to Fleetnet in the east. Even if you don't have digital, you can take note of TG's that you are receiving.
It would be interesting to know.

Yes, it's a mixed system with analog so the CC in 3600.
